The Quest Survey

The quest survey has been used by many to engage in spiritual conversations. It consists of 5 simple questions.

1. What 3 words would you use to describe your life?

2. What is one major life goal you have right now?

3. What do you think happens after you die?

   (Clarifying Questions: If they believe in heaven, ask if they also believe in hell. If they believe in some form of continuing existence, ask who or what determines what a person will experience.)

4. . As far as you understand, what was the main message of Jesus?

   (Clarifying remark: Here you can either continue on to question 5, or take an Alternate Ending by saying, "We have a booklet that summarizes Jesus's main message.  Could I take 5 minutes and share it with you?")

5. On a scale from 1 to 10, rate your desire to know God where 1 is low and 10 is high.
